“Italian Sauces” Workshop
Italian cuisine has become a world intangible cultural heritage, and there's no better plan to celebrate it than learning how to make sixdifferent types of authentic Italian sauces! No more cream in your carbonara or Mercadona pesto sauce! In this three-hour course, we will discover the most famous Italian recipes together.
You can come alone, with friends, buy the course for yourself, or give it as a gift to someone who always burns their pasta! You don't need to bring anything, just a willingness to get your hands a little dirty... and at the end, you'll take all the sauces home with you, ready to impress your family and friends.
What are we going to learn?
- Pesto alla genovese (Genovese-style pesto sauce)
- Pesto alla trapanese (Trapani-style pesto sauce)
- Salsa di noci (walnut sauce)
- Carbonara (the real one, without cream!)
- Ragù alla bolognese (bolognese sauce)
- Zucca e Salsiccia (Pumpkin and sausage)
